Currently ASI LLC operates from Ghala, Muscat & Barka
- Service Network – Muscat ,Sohar / Salalah facility is in “Green Field” Status. Engineers are working on the plan.
- Parts Network – There are plans to have parts outlet in different regions. Management has identified few outlet in Oman (near express Highway’s)
CRITICAL SPARE PARTS
- We maintain 92% spare parts availability In-case worst condition of non-availability of any spare, the lead time will be approximately 4-7 days
- Well trained and experienced service and parts staff 24×7 emergency assistance
- Regular training programs for drivers and mechanics conducted by trained professionals on request. A part from this, we offer training for drivers at the time of delivery of the vehicle at our workshop.

The Shacman Dealer Operating Standard (DOS) sets the standards of qualitative requirements and operational principles for authorized dealers and workshops.
